TOP training company

Salathé Rentzel Gartenkultur AG has been officially certified by the TOP Training Company Foundation (TAB). This means we are one of a select group of companies that are particularly committed to training young people.

Finding good apprentices and providing them with practical training is a challenge that we actively embrace. Our vocational trainers not only impart specialist knowledge, but also provide personal support to our apprentices and encourage their development.

By achieving the first TAB level, we benefit from valuable know-how and training materials. The certification makes the quality of our training visible – for young people, parents, and schools.

TOP-Ausbildungsbetrieb supports companies in establishing and developing their training expertise. The system is unique in Switzerland and is recommended by the Swiss Federal Institute for Vocational Education and Training (EHB).
