Sustainability in horticulture
We have been switching our fertilizers, pesticides, and soils to organic products for quite some time now. With the significantly more ecological focus of our current 5-year strategy, this topic has gained even more momentum.
This starts with the planning of our customer gardens, with designs that are increasingly based on naturalness and circular thinking. This also includes topics such as water retention and the recycling of building materials.
Another focus is on the use of regional materials. Natural stone and plants from Switzerland generate significantly less CO₂ than goods from abroad due to shorter transport routes.
