Detailed planning and construction management

Working through these phases thoroughly guarantees not only the desired cost accuracy, but above all the preservation of the basic design intention, because every detail is important.

Especially in smaller gardens and in confined spaces, every detail must be carefully considered and no corner should be left to chance. Even a small, ill-considered detail can be disruptive later on.

Our repertoire includes details for walls, stairs, wooden decks, pergolas, garden gates and much more. In each project, the details are worked out individually, often resulting in actual prototypes.

We are also happy to develop lighting concepts together with the lighting designer, and the same applies to irrigation systems. Garden gates are one of our specialities. In this context, we also organise the other trades required for a project. Here, for example, the locksmith. But we also like to ask the carpenter, electrician or plumber for their expert opinion when it comes to complex water features.

The detailing of surfaces can go as far as the slab laying plan. Of course, we will assess with you on a case-by-case basis how far the planning of the components needs to go.

The most important thing during construction is site management. This allows you to keep costs and design under control at all times and make changes if necessary.
