After successfully sketching the project, there are often further planning phases such as authority application, detail planning, and construction management.
Properly working through these phases gives you the guarantee that in addition to the desired cost accuracy, we maintain above all else the basic design intention, because every detail is important.
Especially in smaller gardens and tight spaces, all details must be looked at carefully and no corner should be left to coincidence. Even an ill-considered trifle can disturb later.
Our repertoire includes details of walls, stairs, wooden decks, pergolas, garden doors, and much more. In each project, the details are worked out individually and often real prototypes are created.
We are also happy to develop lighting concepts together with the lighting designer, the same applies to irrigation. Garden doors are one of our specialties. In this context, we also organize other types of work that are necessary for a project. Here e.g. the locksmith. But we also like to ask a woodworker, electrician, or plumber for his expert opinion when it comes to a complex water feature.
The detailing of surfaces can go all the way to the slab layout plan. Of course, we will assess together with you on a case-by-case basis how far the planning of the components should go.
The most important thing during construction is the construction management and the site supervision. This means that you always have the costs and the design under control and can make changes if necessary.
For over 130 years we have been looking forward to realizing your paradise. Please feel free to contact us.
